What you'll be doing

Preparing high-quality, creative dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients

Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop and implement innovative menu items

Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment

Ensuring all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation

Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Providing exceptional customer service to all guests

What we're looking for

Formal culinary training or equivalent experience as a Chef

Strong time management and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
