About the role

Looking for a casual chef to join our 5 star hotel teams at Phoenix Hospitality Group on the Gold coast. We are seeking an experienced and passionate chefs to work at some of the top hotels on the coast.

What you'll be doing

Preparing high-quality meals according to our restaurant's recipes and standards

Working efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure all dishes are delivered on time

Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive dining experience

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a chef de partie fast past commercial kitchens

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation

Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment

Excellent time management and multitasking skills

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

Passion for creating delicious and visually appealing meals
