Want me to pay you 30min extra each shift to compensate for your travel trouble if you have to drive further?

We are counting on a professional, a real professional and enthusiastic person that want to work with like minded people. Yes, a basic understanding of German cuisine would be helpful but is not essential as we want to add more international dishes, specials and set menus, so our guests can experience more than sausages and schnitzel but also for you to be able to show your creativity and capture a new market here on the ridge.

We extended our opening hours to meet the demand in our popular German/Austrian style restaurant, and you might have heard me yodeling on 91.1 HOTFM. Plenty work and hours to go around.

We do have a very strong day trade in case you'd just like to work for lunch.

Currently we are open for only 4 dinner services and 5 lunch services. Tuesday/Wednesday is closed.

All we want from you is that you are a people person with a fantastic attitude; we expect great planning and communication skills, great overview of the cold room, be a self started and be the right hand of the Head Chef... all basics, really.

Live in accommodation with pool on site is available if needed.
