Are you a Pinnacle Person? Then you will have the following:

Proven experience in restaurants and functions or industrial and bulk production

Previous experience with à la carte style will be highly regarded

A love for your work and for the industry

A minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

Immediate availability

The right to work in Australia

Police Check or willing to obtain one

HACCP standards, WH&S & an understanding of dietary requirements are to be adhered to

Uniform: traditional long-sleeved white chef jacket & pants, knives, apron, chef's hat, safety shoes
