Essential –bachelor’s degree minimum and 2 years’ relevant experience.

About role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our busy team.

Duties

Develop and execute advertising campaigns to support sales goals, focusing on the construction and demolition sectors.

Advise executives on effective advertising strategies to reach key markets and promote Perfect Contracting’s services.

Manage the production of advertising materials, including artwork, copywriting, and media placement.

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer needs in the construction industry.

Support business growth through the preparation and execution of targeted marketing programs.

Work with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives and project goals

About you

To ensure that you are successful in this role you will possess/demonstrate:

Experience of 2 years in the similar role together with formal qualifications

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics

Proficiency with content management systems

SEO and SEM knowledge

Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media management tools)

Working knowledge of HTML and CSS

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Multi-tasking and time-management skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented
