We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to drive innovative campaigns, build brand awareness, and deliver measurable results.

The Role

This is a full-time position based in Mascot, NSW. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with senior management to plan and implement campaigns that support client growth, lead generation, and business visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Analyse consumer trends and identify growth opportunities.

Manage digital marketing channels, SEO/SEM, and content creation.

Coordinate events, promotions, and advertising activities.

Track campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.

About You

Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Bachelor or higher).

At least 2 years’ relevant work experience in marketing roles.

Proficient in digital tools: Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, CRM software.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Benefits

Competitive salary: $70,000 – $85,000 + super.
