About the role

Join HDRENO PTY LTD as a full-time Marketing Specialist based in Greenacre, NSW.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive

marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and

business growth across multiple channels.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote HDRENO PTY LTD products and services

Manage and optimise digital marketing efforts, including website content, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising

Analyse marketing performance data and provide insights to inform future strategies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth

Assist with the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials

Participate in events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives to generate leads and build brand visibility

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the Marketing & Communications industry

Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics, including Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences

Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically

Excellent organisational and time management skills
