We have an excellent opportunity for an experience Marketing Specialist.

This is an exciting role in a growing company, you will be an integral part of the team and will work closely with our Marketing Executives.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Responsible for a variety of duties including but not limited to:

● Developing and executing innovative campaigns tailored to the local market in Australia

● Ensuring alignment between the company brand guidelines and any locally executed activities.

● Working closely with the various departments in the business in order to develop and deliver comprehensive cross-cultural projects on time and within budget.

● Preparing reports on results of marketing initiatives on a regular basis as requested by internal teams or clients.

● Branding, positioning the company in the correct market segment.

● Collaborating internally and with external clients to lead and deliver digital media projects and programs in line with agreed objectives.

● Market Researches, analysing clients and future clients patters and preferences.

● Analyse and interpret data regarding consumer patterns and preferences to optimize current campaigns and to inform future activity and recommendations.

● Work with our data analysts to provide data-driven programmatic plans.

● Manage the financial process inclusive of proposals, budgets, and invoicing.

● Create and manage timelines, draft schedules, track work in progress and produce status reports.

● Manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.

Support business growth and development of digital media in the broader business

Role Requirements:

At least 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in Freight Forwarding industry (desirable)

● Good knowledge of Operational System (Cargowise-EDI)

● High attention to details & Customer service skills essential.

● Be able to work closely within a team environment.

● Knowledge of air and sea freight processes
