Greenacres Turf Group is WA’s largest turf farm with three locations in production – Serpentine, Bunbury & Gingin enabling them to continue to service a diverse range of clients including public, trade and commercial.

The role of the Turf Farm Coordinator is to oversee daily turf production and maintenance at Greenacres Bunbury Farm, combining operational farm work with coordination and customer service responsibilities to ensure high-quality standards and efficient outcomes.
This position includes a fully maintained Company Vehicle.
What you’ll be doing – Key Responsibilities:
Coordination & Supervision – provide direction and support to our Bunbury team assisting the Production Manager with planning to meet production targets, promote safe work practices and positive workplace culture and ensure ongoing training is followed
Turf Production and Installation – Oversee day-to-day operations across the Bunbury site
Reporting – maintain accurate production records for reporting to the Production Manager
Work as part of a team to ensure production areas are maintained to a high standard
Assist with harvesting of turf orders, including stacking of turf rolls
Operate equipment and machinery as required eg. mowers, forklift
Qualifications / Technical Skills and Experience
Essential: -
• Trade Qualification in a Turf related field (eg. Cert II or higher in Sports Turf Management)
• Knowledge of turf nutrition, commercial irrigation and pest disease management
• Demonstrated small team supervisory experience
• Proven experience developing and maintaining reporting on propagation areas
• Proven experience in operating turf production/farm machinery
• Chemical qualification and spraying experience
• Valid, unrestricted C-Class Driver’s licence
• Ability to follow WHS regulations and carry out all tasks safely
Desirable: -
• Previous experience working in the turf related industry or agriculture/ farming
• Farm equipment knowledge – Ability to operate variety of equipment eg. Forklift, tractors
• Manual Handling certificate or willingness to obtain
• First Aid Certificate Level II or the ability to obtain
• HR/HC drivers’ licence
• Valid Forklift ticket – Class LF [training provided if required]
