Looking for a career that blends client relationship management with the chance to develop skills in a unique, specialised industry? Abaxa, WA’s leading Subsurface Utility Engineering company, is seeking an energetic and motivated Client Relationship & Estimating Coordinator to join our team.
This is the ideal role for someone with sales or account management experience who loves building strong client partnerships, managing enquiries, and helping clients access solutions that make their projects a success. You’ll learn the estimating side of our services while focusing on nurturing relationships, upselling and cross-selling across our service portfolio, and supporting the smooth delivery of projects.
Based in Perth and working full-time, you’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team in a business that’s an industry leader in utility engineering, location and asset protection.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationships & Growth
Manage client enquiries and build long-term partnerships.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
Provide high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Pricing & Estimating
Support quoting and scoping of services (training provided).
Collaborate with clients, technicians, and internal teams to align project needs.
Ensure timely, accurate quotes and confirmations.
Project Support
Assist with project coordination, ensuring jobs are set up for success.
Maintain CRM updates, tracking, and reporting.
Support compliance, safety, and documentation standards.
ABOUT YOU

Have experience in account management, technical sales, or client service.
Enjoy building relationships and naturally spotting opportunities to expand services.
Are eager to learn the technical side of estimating with training and support.
Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and internal teams.
Can manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
Bring positivity, initiative, and a customer-first mindset.
(Industry knowledge in utilities, construction, or engineering is a plus, but not essential — we’ll support you to learn.)
