Warehouse Production Operator

About Us

Classic Architectural Group is a national supplier and installer of floor and carpark safety products to the commercial building industry. We’re a company in growth, and we’re looking for a reliable, down-to-earth Warehouse Operator who wants to grow with us.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be trusted to work autonomously, assembling products, managing stock, and keeping the warehouse running smoothly. For the right person, this position is the first step toward a future Team Leader role, with opportunities to develop and eventually lead others within the next 3 years.

About the Role

Manage all warehouse operations including stock and inventory, receipts, despatch, and stocktakes.

Assemble products using power tools, measuring equipment, and templates.

Liaise with couriers, arrange stock movements between NSW, QLD, and VIC branches, and ensure timely delivery.

Keep the warehouse neat, safe, and organised.

Take full accountability for accuracy, time management, and meeting deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who is:

Physically fit, trustworthy, and motivated by doing a job well.

Comfortable working independently – most of your time will be spent running the warehouse on your own.

A good communicator, accountable, and ethical in the way they work.

Organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.

Experienced with warehouse operations; forklift licence essential.

Skilled with tools and equipment (drop saws, air tools, hand and power tools).

Experience with Simpro software highly regarded.

Looking for a long-term role – average tenure with our company is 12 years.
