Run the Cairns store like it’s your own

Recruit, train & lead a high-energy team

Keep service fast, food quality high, and standards sharp

Manage stock, suppliers, compliance & costs

Be the local problem-solver, culture driver, and go-to person

What we’re looking for:

Solid hospitality management experience (QSR or restaurant)

A leader who thrives in a fast, high-volume environment

Financial smarts – budgets, labour, stock

Customer-first mindset & eye for detail

Hands-on operator – not just clipboard and meetings
