We specialise in property management and residential sales to investors, and have successfully delivered multi-million-dollar residential developments across Melbourne and regional areas.

With a strong focus on strategic growth and long-term value. Our Property Management team plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service while managing a diverse residential portfolio.

The Role

Lease new houses and lease new houses that will be rooming houses in metropolitan and regional areas.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Strong customer service and client relationship skills

Excellent in written and spoken communication and interpersonal ability

High levels of professionalism and presentation

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and able to write weekly reports

3 years of full time Property Management experience (essential)

Experience with mid to high-end properties (advantageous)

Agent’s Representative Certificate

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Key Responsibilities

Manage a residential property portfolio

Handle tenant applications and submit to landlords

Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections

Arrange repairs and maintenance

Manage rental arrears effectively

Prepare for and attend VCAT hearings

To Apply, You Must

Hold a current Agent’s Representative Certificate or licence

Have a valid driver’s licence and reliable car

Be familiar with PropertyMe and Inspection Express

Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in client service

Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy while meeting deadlines

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Present yourself well and maintain a positive team attitude
