As we continue to grow, we are seeking a HR Professional to join our team and play a key role in building a workforce of skilled and compassionate support workers.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced HR professional & Quality & Compliance Manager with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in the NDIS or disability services sector. This is a multifaceted role that requires deep expertise in HR leadership, compliance, and workforce development within the NDIS framework. You will be responsible for aspects of NDIS Quality & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for support staff

Mentor and guide staff development, training, and performance management

Drive initiatives that promote staff wellbeing, retention, and engagement

Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, Fair Work, and WHS regulations

Review and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems

Maintain employee records and contribute to reporting and audits

· Coordinate and improve recruitment processes

· Serve as friendly, approachable point of contact for all staff

· Management of NDIS policies & procedures for quality and compliance

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 2 years’ direct experience in the NDIS/disability services sector

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employment legislation

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams

High attention to detail, strong organisational and leadership skills

Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or related field (desirable)

Knowledge of the SCHADS Award and NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Framework.

Mandatory Requirements

Current Police Check

Current First Aid Level II and CPR

Current Working with Children Check (Employee)

NDIS Screening Check

Eligibility to Work in Australia

Current Victorian Driver’s Licence

Complete COVID vaccination certificate
