Human Resources Advisor

4 Days per Week | Not-for-Profit | Generalist HR Role

Proposed hourly rate of $50-$60/hour + super (dependent on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

As HR Advisor, you’ll provide high-level advice and support to managers and employees across the organisation. Your key responsibilities will include:

Delivering generalist HR advice, coaching and case management

Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning

Leading or contributing to HR projects and policy development

Coordinating performance reviews and training initiatives

Supporting WHS, return-to-work processes and employee wellbeing

Maintaining HR systems and reporting

What You’ll Bring

Degree in HR or related field

Minimum 4 years’ generalist HR experience, including at least 1 year in an advisory role

Strong knowledge of employment law and contemporary HR practices

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work flexibly, independently and collaboratively

A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Experience in the not-for-profit sector is a bonus!
