The Role
A State Government agency is seeking a capable HR Administrator to provide generalist HR admin and coordination support. This is a full-time contract until the end of 2025, based in Melbourne CBD (hybrid). You'll work across HR, WHS and OD functions, managing registers, coordinating training and events, preparing HR documentation and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate HR events, training, inductions and OD activities.
- Manage HR queries, correspondence and documentation.
- Maintain compliance registers and update HR systems.
- Support procurement, purchasing and budget processes.
About You:
- Previous HR administration or coordination experience.
- Strong organisation, time management and document skills.
- Detail-oriented with a compliance mindset.
- Confident working independently and supporting a busy HR team.
