We’re proud to be partnering with a growing, family-owned business based in North Brisbane that provides specialist equipment and services across a range of industries. As their team continues to expand, they’re now looking for an Internal Sales & Service professional to join their close-knit team.

This is a great opportunity to step into a varied, full-time position where no two days are the same. You’ll be working closely with customers, suppliers, and the wider team to help keep things running smoothly – with a strong focus on communication, organisation, and customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting customers via phone, email, and over the counter – providing product info, processing sales, and building rapport for repeat business
• Preparing and following up on quotes, orders, invoices, and delivery timelines
• Coordinating service bookings and liaising with technicians and external suppliers
• Raising purchase orders, checking pricing, and tracking stock levels
• Managing incoming correspondence and performing general office administration (filing, scanning, data entry, etc.)
• Backing up other administrative and customer-facing staff as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in internal sales, service coordination, or administration
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, proactive attitude
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, MYOB (or similar), and supplier ordering platforms
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organised under pressure
• High attention to detail and clear communication skills
• Willingness to learn, pitch in, and be part of a small, supportive team
