Role Description
This role could be part-time (3 days) or full-time (4 or 5 days) for a Customer Service Representative located in Brisbane, QLD, with one day a week work-from-home flexibility. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, arranging reimbursements and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
We run a ticketing system. It will be the responsibility of the person in this role to ensure all tickets are handled in a successful and timely manner. We are a customer-first business and our policy is that if our clients aren't happy, then neither are we.
In addition, the role will also include the support of the sales teams to assist to complete finance applications and collect documents and information from new clients.

Qualifications
Customer Service, Customer Support skills
Customer Satisfaction, Customer Experience skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
Experience in the automotive or finance industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional higher qualifications from Tafe and University is advantageous
Pay
Salary is dependent on experience. But approximately $65,000-$75,000 per annum base full-time (pro-rata if part time) plus profit share is the proposed amount for the right person. OTE $80,000-$90,000 inc bonus/profit share.
