We're currently seeking a motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team and help drive the successful delivery of commercial joinery projects across the South Australia State.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of each project, taking ownership from pre-site planning through to post-installation checks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Scheduling check-measurements to ensure accuracy before production kicks off

Organising and reviewing shop drawings to keep projects running smoothly

Liaising with clients to obtain final sign-off and approval of designs

Communicating critical project requirements to the production manager and other internal teams

Coordinating deliveries to site and ensuring all goods arrive on time and in perfect condition

Scheduling and managing sub-contract installers to maintain timelines and uphold quality standards

Conducting post-installation QA checks to ensure work meets expectations and contractual obligations

Troubleshooting and managing any project issues that arise, maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders

Maintaining profitability by keeping a close eye on budgets, timelines, and margins

Organising indent materials in line with project needs and schedules

Job Requirements

Must have hands on joinery or shopfitting experience

Want to be a Project Manager, previous PM experience not mandatory

A friendly and positive attitude

Prepared and willing for often interstate travelling - based in Emu Plains, NSW but managing South Australia region

Attention to detail and organisational skills

Confident in using technology
