We are an Adelaide Hills based Cabinet Maker looking for highly motivated team members to join our business in both factory based Cabinet Making and site based Kitchen Installation roles.

We support a broad range of both commercial builder clients and domestic retail clients through South Australia, working over projects from single dwellings to large scale multi unit developments.

CABINET MAKER

This role requires the successful applicant to have solid experience in Cabinet Making on a factory level. You will be joining a factory team of approx 15 working across two factory locations at Littlehampton and Mount Barker. The role offers the opportunity for an experienced Cabinet Maker to move in to a broader role and to take on a level of leadership by offering support to the Factory Manager.

In this role you will ;

Undertake Cabinet manufacture through machining / edging / knocking up and final fitment.

Work across a broad range of residential and small scale commercial jobs.

Read and interpret plans and specifications.

Demonstrate skills to be able to take on custom cabinetry work and offer a level of support and leadership to less experienced staff.

Uphold quality levels and support work flow processes and improvements.

KITCHEN INSTALLER

This role requires the successful applicants to have previous experience in Cabinet Making and the ability to work independently. You will be joining an team of 9 working across metropolitan Adelaide. The role is offered on a full time basis with an attractive salary and fully maintained vehicle that is made available for your private use.

You will start your day heading straight to site from home and not the factory, so you can be living in metro Adelaide and never be too far from work.

In this role you will ;

Undertake Cabinet / Kitchen Installation on residential and small-scale commercial projects.

Work as part of a team of other installers to achieve great site outcomes.

Read and interpret plans and specifications.

Liaise with Project Manager and Site Supervisors to achieve outcomes while maintaining great relationships.

Work on multiple projects and ensure time delivery of results.

Offer support and assistance to your broader team, while contributing to process improvements and quality outcomes.

Be able to deliver a positive site presence with great customer service to our customers.

IN ORDER TO SUCCEED IN THESE ROLES YOU WILL NEED ;

Excellent attention to detail and understanding of quality standards.

Be able to work as part of a team and also independently.

Have great communication skills, both verbal and written.

Knowledge and understand of Cabinet Making along with formal qualifications.

Drivers License and White Card.
