The Role

We’re searching for a Cabinet Maker & Installer who wants more than a repetitive factory job. This is a rare chance to combine high-end workshop manufacturing with showcase onsite installations, working on projects you’ll actually be proud to put your name on.

You’ll also have the opportunity to lead and mentor onsite, and learn directly from our tight knit leadership team as we continue to raise the bar on quality and efficiency.

We highly value multi-trade skills (carpentry back grounds, tiling, minor alterations, and site problem solving). If you bring versatility, you’ll earn top-tier incentives on top of your base package.

What We’re Offering

$80,000–$100,000 + super + performance bonuses (negotiable for the right person)

Flexible split between workshop and on-site work

Premium uniforms and all site gear supplied

Stable Monday–Friday roster with the very odd Saturday

Your Impact

Manufacture premium custom kitchens, laundries and alfresco cabinetry in our modern workshop

Install and fit off cabinetry on-site to the highest standard

Read and interpret detailed plans and drawings

Use any additional trade skills to problem-solve and deliver seamless outcomes

Share your knowledge and help lift the skills of others while learning from experienced leaders

Who We’re Looking For

Qualified Cabinet Maker or experienced Installer (kitchen/joinery)

Thrives on variety and a mix of workshop and site work

Pride in workmanship and attention to detail

Confident reading plans and managing on-site tasks

Keen to lead, mentor and be mentored in a tight-knit team

Must have a car, current driver’s licence and your own core tools (we supply all site gear)

Multi-trade skills a huge bonus – and rewarded accordingly
