In this Senior Property Manager role, you’ll oversee a well-maintained, easy-to-manage portfolio—with no routine inspections or entry/exit reports required. With admin support in place and all properties located close to the office, your focus will be on nurturing client relationships and delivering top-tier service, not chasing paperwork.

THE ROLE

• Manage only 160 properties – enjoy a manageable portfolio where you can focus on relationship management
• No routine inspections
• No Leasing!!
• Dedicated Assistant to support your day-to-day tasks
• No weekend work – Monday to Friday only
• No micro-management

ON OFFER:

• $95,000 - $100,000 plus super depending on experience
• WFH Flexibility!
• Monday - Friday only, no weekends
• You will not be micro-managed
• Regular social events
• Family friendly environment

ABOUT YOU:

• Driven, and professional
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Property Manager
• Hold a current Certificate of Registration
• Possess a reliable car and valid driver’s licence
