Full Time | Property Management | $75k–$95k + Super (negotiable based on experience)

About Us

Black & White Estate Agents is a boutique, family-owned and operated agency with offices on the Gold Coast and Melbourne. Due to continued growth, we’re seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our friendly professional team in our Palm Beach Office.

You’ll be responsible for a manageable portfolio of just 70 properties, supported by an administrative assistant, directors, team members and empowered by industry-leading software and processes to help you succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage a portfolio of 70 residential properties (end-to-end)

Conduct entry, exit, and routine inspections & reports

Liaise with tenants and landlords to build and maintain strong relationships

Coordinate repairs and maintenance efficiently

Handle lease preparations, renewals, and bond claims

Ensure compliance with RTA legislation and agency procedures

Prepare for and attend QCAT hearings and dispute resolution if required

Collaborate closely with your administrative assistant for day-to-day support

What We're Looking For

Proven 2 years minimum experience in Property Management (ideally Senior level)

Sound knowledge of QLD rental legislation (RTRA Act)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and excellent time management

Reliable, professional, and proactive approach

Real estate licence or registration

Software Experience (Preferred)
