The Role

• Manage a boutique portfolio (approx. 140 properties)
• Handle tenancy management, entries & exits
• Deliver exceptional service with the backing of full admin support
• Work closely with the Head of Department & Directors

What We’re Looking For

• 6–7 years’ experience in property management
• Current Certificate of Registration (essential)
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisational ability & time management
• Professional presentation and attention to detail
• Driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
