About the Role

As a Senior Property Manager, you will:

Manage a medium-sized portfolio with the support in leasing, inspections and administration

Act as the “go-to” person for two Junior PMs, offering guidance across all areas of property management including legislation

Report directly to the Head of Property Management

Enjoy access to pool cars for inspections

About You

You will bring:

Experience in property management at a senior level

Strong knowledge of QLD legislation

Leadership qualities and a collaborative approach

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration OR Full Real Estate Licence
