Full Time Sous Chef & Commis Chefs

What you'll be doing

· work closely with our Executive Chef to shape menus

· maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation

· hands on preparation, cooking and presentation of menu items in line with our bistro and terrace cuisine

· mentor and lead the kitchen team

· maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment

· adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

· Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent

· minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-volume kitchen environment

· Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills

· ability to manage busy kitchen operations with strong knowledge of menu planning, preparation, and presentation

· A positive and proactive attitude is essential
