We specialise in the repair, maintenance, and manufacturing of hydraulic cylinders for a wide range of industries including mining, construction, agriculture, and more. Due to business growth, we now require an experienced Hydraulic Fitter to join the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly, disassembly, repair, and testing of hydraulic cylinders. This role requires a meticulous approach to ensure cylinders meet our high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble hydraulic cylinders according to specifications.

Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic cylinder issues, including seals, rods, pistons, and other components.

Test repaired cylinders for functionality and performance.

Maintain accurate records of work performed

Requirements:

Proven experience as a hydraulic fitter or similar role.

Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hydraulic systems.

Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics.

Experience with using measuring equipment

Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Strong commitment to workplace safety practices.

It is beneficial to have experience with Caterpillar, Hitachi and Komatsu cylinders.
