The Role

We’re looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Officer to take charge of our AP function. You’ll process invoices and payments, keep vendors happy, and use the ProSpend platform to streamline workflows and improve cash flow management.

What You’ll Do

• Process invoices and payments (EFT, BPay, direct debit).
• Resolve payment queries and discrepancies.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Keep data accurate and up to date in our finance systems.

About You

• 5+ years’ AP or accounting experience.
• Strong accounting knowledge and data accuracy.
• Experience with Sage Intacct, MYOB, QuickBooks (or similar).
• ProSpend knowledge (a plus!).
• Great communicator who thrives in a busy team.
