An established e-commerce business is opening a brand-new warehouse in Revesby and looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations. With thousands of SKUs, a strong online presence, and big growth plans, this is a role where your leadership will make an immediate impact.

About the Role

Oversee all daily warehouse activities: receiving, put-away, picking/packing, dispatch & returns

Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10+ warehouse staff

Manage inventory across 2,000–5,000+ SKUs, ensuring accuracy and efficient stock flow

Drive WMS usage, reporting, and process improvements

Coordinate freight, courier bookings, and container unloading

Ensure WHS standards are met at all times

About You

2+ years in warehouse management or senior warehouse supervision

Proven experience with high SKU volumes in e-commerce or wholesale

Strong Warehouse Management System(s) knowledge

Skilled in inventory planning, reporting, and process optimisation

Must hold LF & LO forklift licences
