Executive Manager – NDIS, TAC & Aged Care

We’re partnering with a growing organisation seeking an Executive Manager to lead a portfolio of centres and drive service excellence.

About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll oversee a number of direct reports and work closely with two other Operations Managers.

You’ll spend 2 days per week at North Melbourne located Head Office, with flexibility to work from one of the centres for the remaining three days.

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar leadership role across NDIS, healthcare, or aged care.
• Proven knowledge of NDIS, TAC, and Aged Care funding models and standards is essential
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing complex budgets and KPIs.
• Inspirational leader with excellent people management and stakeholder skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health, Business, Management, or related field (Master’s desirable).
• Passionate about delivering person-centred care and building high-performing teams.
