Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hybrid role: 3 days on-site (patient-facing), 2 days working from home
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phones and managing patient enquiries
Booking and confirming appointments
Managing email inboxes and general correspondence
Completing PRODA checks and entering billing information
Processing payments
Meeting and greeting patients two days per week
Independent desk-based admin duties on the remaining 3 days
Requirements:
Previous administration experience essential
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Experience with Gentu or other booking systems desirable but not essential
We value your work ethic and personality more than prior experience in a medical practice, as full training and support will be provided
