The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Medical Receptionist to be the friendly face and steady hand at the heart of our clinic. This full-time role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, takes pride in their work, and enjoys leading by example.

Every day is different — you’ll greet patients with warmth, support clinical staff, and help keep our busy practice running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming patients and ensuring their visit feels calm and cared for

Managing phone calls, appointment bookings, and email enquiries

Coordinating daily schedules with doctors, sonographers & radiographers

Handling Medicare billing, private payments, and banking

Supporting, mentoring, and setting the tone for junior reception staff

Maintaining confidentiality and clinic standards with care and attention

About You

✅ Minimum 3+ years’ experience in medical reception (radiology or specialist preferred)
✅ Confident with medical software & PACS systems (e.g. Karisma, Genie, or similar)
✅ Excellent communicator — warm, clear, and professional
✅ Enjoys multitasking and thrives in a supportive team
✅ Brings a caring nature and genuine love for patient service
