Qualifications & experience
Prior experience in a customer support role is preferred, ideally for a web-based application or;
Well suited to a graduate within the technology space looking to develop their skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience.
Strong understanding of how web-based applications work.
Proficient in using support tools and software to accurately capture customer details and manage support cases.
Team player and ability to work in fast paced environment
Tasks & responsibilities
Provide first-level support to our customers by answering their queries, resolving their issues, and ensuring optimal use of our web-based application.
Document, track, and monitor customer requests to ensure timely resolution via Salesforce case management.
Maintain a deep understanding of our application and its functionalities to facilitate efficient customer support.
Assist customers with system navigation, bug fixes, and feature explanations
