Are you an experienced Application Support Analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments where technology and markets meet?
We’re looking for someone who can keep business-critical trading systems running smoothly, partner with global teams, and support front-office users who rely on these platforms every day.
What you’ll be doing
Keep systems stable: Monitor live production environments, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure critical trading workflows continue without interruption.
Support users directly: Act as the first point of contact for local traders and analysts — from pre-trade pricing through to post-trade risk and valuation tools.
Collaborate globally: Work closely with colleagues across Europe and Asia in a “follow-the-sun” model, handing over issues and sharing knowledge.
Improve processes: Document recurring problems, suggest system enhancements, and help refine monitoring tools and procedures.
What we’re looking for
5+ years’ experience in application support within trading, financial markets, or energy/commodities.
Strong technical background in Windows environments, SQL, and scripting (PowerShell, Python or similar).
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
Strong communicator who can build relationships with both technical and business users.
