Key Responsibilities

1. New Customer Acquisition & Growth

Independently execute SEO/SEM, including keyword research, campaign management, landing page optimization, and performance tracking.

Maintain and update blog content aligned with keyword strategies to boost organic traffic and brand authority.

Build referral and sharing mechanisms to drive viral growth and closed-loop conversions.

Conduct market trend and competitor analysis to provide actionable growth recommendations.

2. Conversion Optimization & Sales Growth

Execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and themed page updates in line with the marketing calendar.

Support website upgrades and revamps, optimizing key pages (homepage, product pages, membership, checkout, etc.).

Research and test Shopify and third-party plugins, proposing enhancements to improve conversion and user experience.

Track sales and user behavior data, delivering concise reports to support strategy adjustments.

3. Retention & Repeat Purchase

Design and implement membership programs, loyalty systems, and referral mechanisms to increase engagement and repeat purchases.

Independently create and publish weekly EDMs, including educational and campaign-driven communications.

Manage and optimize automated email flows (welcome, cart abandonment, reorder, reactivation) to improve user retention.

Leverage CRM tools for segmented marketing, monitor retention metrics, and propose improvements to increase customer lifetime value.
