About the role
We are seeking a motivated and community-minded individual to join our Streetscape Operations team. In this role, you will support the delivery of day-labour services focused on the cleansing and improvement of Council’s streetscape areas, ensuring our public spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming for all.
As part of the Parks and Streetscapes service unit and reporting to the Coordinator Streetscapes, you will contribute to the successful delivery of operational tasks and projects. You’ll work collaboratively with your team to meet performance targets and uphold Council’s Operational and Strategic Plans, which align with the broader goals of the Community Strategic Plan.
This role requires a strong team player who is committed to service excellence, takes pride in their work, and is passionate about contributing to the local community.

Remuneration
$64,459.72 - $71,080.88 + 12% Superannuation
Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications
- Industry experience in streetscape operations.
- Ability to work without close supervision.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience with field devices (eg.tablets) for managing daily team work plans.
- MR Driver’s Licence (for truck operating positions only).
- Suitable level of fitness to perform the inherent duties of the position.
