Join Zone Offroad' as a 4WD Retail Salesperson in our Kenwick WA 6107 location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge to assist our customers in selecting the perfect 4x4 accessories and equipment for their off-road adventures.

What you'll be doing

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable products

Preparing Quotes, Invoices and following up leads.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of 4WD vehicles, accessories and equipment to educate customers

Process sales transactions efficiently and courteously

Maintain an organised and visually appealing retail space

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive/4WD industry

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to provide a great customer experience

Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new 4WD parts and accessories

A positive, friendly attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
