We are currently seeking an Administrator at our client's site who specialise in the manufacturing of high-end, custom garage doors for luxury homes and commercial spaces. Based in Landsdale, this role will see you responsible for all administration duties, reporting directly to the Office Manager.
Other duties will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing to the relevant department
- Greeting visitors and contractors
- Assisting in social media and client correspondence
- Sales and customer service
- Administration tasks (responding to sales emails, following up with clients)
About You:
To be successful in the role, you will be neatly presented with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role in Administration and/or sales
- Be proficient in MS Office / Intermediate computer skills
- Proven effective organisational capability to manage work priorities and meet deadlines
- Be confident in your own ability to converse with people from all backgrounds
- Eager to take on the role as your own and progress within the company
- Have full Australian working rights
The hourly casual rate is $33p/hr + super and your hours will be Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm. This company is looking for someone who wants to grow within the team so a permanent opportunity is available after 3 months for the right candidate.
