Your Duties & Responsibilities:

Serve showroom customers.

Develop new contacts and maintain relationships with existing customers via phone, email and Social Media

Become a product knowledge expert and be able to offer advice on all products and services

Track and report on measurables, like phone calls, customer visits, sales, enquiries and campaigns

Multiple positions available. 9am - 5pm weekdays and may include rostered Saturday mornings.

Must be available to work regular Saturday mornings as part of rostered schedule.

Your Attributes:

Professional in appearance and communication

You're a friendly, happy person with great listening skills

Be driven to succeed and goal orientated

Eager to learn and be trained into a dynamic sales person

Well developed communication skills

Advanced proficiency in computer applications including data entry, Excel, forms, email and social media platforms.

Ability to apply problem solving techniques to a variety of situations.

Be bright, confident, energetic and proactive.

Excellent English (NO VISA APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED)

Australian citizenship is mandatory for this position.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience with demonstrated success in customer service delivery.

Previous experience in the building industry is highly regarded but not necessary.

A proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and sales.
