We're looking for a motivated and reliable Membership Services & Sales Assistant to help with front desk and sales support.

Hours: 9–15 hours per week (3–5 shifts, after school hours - perfect for a uni student)

About the Role:

You’ll be the friendly face that greets our members and helps keep our club running smoothly.

Duties include:

Handling member enquiries and new membership sign-ups

Retail sales of martial arts gear and uniforms

Basic administration and office support

Assisting with class sign-ins and general club organisation

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is:

Friendly, approachable, and confident with people

Reliable, organised, and a good communicator

Willing to learn and contribute to a team environment

Sales or office experience in the Health & Fitness industry is helpful but not essential – we’ll train you!
