What you’ll be doing

• Interpretation and implementation of commercial plumbing and maintenance plans.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on commercial plumbing systems.
• Ensure all OHS and workplace safety policies are strictly adhered to.
• Installation, servicing, and maintenance of commercial sanitation systems, water distribution, and heating/cooling piping.
• Inspect and maintain drainage, hot water, and other plumbing systems to comply with local and national regulations.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and within scheduled timeframes.
• Diagnose and repair commercial appliances and fixtures where required.

What you need

• Minimum 5 years’ commercial plumbing and maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, including mechanical and technical components.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong time management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills and the capacity to think on your feet.
• Mechanically minded with hands-on technical aptitude.
