We’re now seeking an experienced Tyre Sales Representative to join our growing team in Victoria.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role that combines on-road sales with office-based customer support. You’ll represent Treadcare across metro Melbourne and regional Victoria, developing relationships, driving sales, and ensuring our customers receive the best service possible.

You’ll also spend time in the Altona North head office, answering calls, taking orders, and providing expert product advice.

Key Responsibilities:

Sell and promote passenger, truck, agricultural, and industrial tyres

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Manage sales and enquiries in-office and on the road

Travel throughout metro Melbourne and regional VIC (approx. 4–6 nights per month)

Support day-to-day sales operations and order management

What we are looking for

We’re looking for a motivated professional with proven success in tyre sales. You’ll be confident talking to customers, technically knowledgeable, and ready to get out on the road.

You’ll Bring:

Experience in commercial tyre sales (truck, ag, or industrial essential)

Excellent communication and relationship management skills

A proactive, customer-first attitude

Ability to work both independently and within a team

Current driver’s licence

Base salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + Super + Performance Bonus
