About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Receptionist/Registration Clerk/Dealership Supervisor to join our dynamic team at green rv' in Gympie, Queensland. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy dealership, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of all administrative tasks.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming customers in a professional and friendly manner

Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and other enquiries efficiently

Maintaining accurate customer records and processing registrations and other paperwork

Coordinating the schedules and activities of the dealership team

Assisting with inventory management and order processing

Providing administrative support to the management team as required

Ensuring the dealership's facilities are well-maintained and presentable

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a similar Service Advisor roles, administrative, or customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service

Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficiency in using office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office suite

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks

A positive, professional, and collaborative attitude
