About the role

We are seeking a Receptionist/Registration Clerk to join our team at Green RV in Forest Glen and Gympie Dealerships. This full-time role will be responsible for providing professional front-line customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our busy office.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming visitors and customers with a friendly and helpful attitude

Handling incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence in a courteous and efficient manner

Providing administrative support such as data entry, filing, photocopying and scanning documents

Assisting with the registration and induction of new customers

Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

Performing other general office duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software such as Microsoft Office

A friendly, professional and helpful attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
