Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Provide expert advice on a wide range of home appliances to help customers find the best solutions.
Accurately process sales transactions, with upselling and cross-selling opportunities where appropriate.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in our system.
Collaborate with the sales, inventory, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to sharpen your knowledge and sales skills.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in customer-facing roles (appliance retail, general retail, or call centres preferred).
Minimum 2+ years of customer-facing experience required.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Strong product knowledge with the ability to sell consultatively and close deals effectively.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a focus on results.
Exceptional attention to detail, delivering high-quality work at all times.
Adaptable and eager to learn, with a growth mindset to succeed within the role.
Australian citizenship is required for this position.
