About the role
Based in Adamstown, we have a vacancy for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our call centre team. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly and efficient assistance to address their queries and concerns. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Answering inbound customer calls and creating sales orders within our dedicated customer service team.
Handling customer inquiries with care and ensuring every interaction is positive and helpful.
Facilitating outbound marketing programs to connect with existing clients (no cold calling required!).
Helping out wherever needed to support our awesome team and ensure smooth operations.
