Muses Ceramics Australia is a leading importer and wholesaler of high-quality porcelain tiles. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service / Admin Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team.

The Role

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and sales support, working closely with our sales representatives and warehouse team. You must have prior, hands-on experience in the tile industry and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and grow positive relationships with our existing customer base

· Answer product and sales queries (phone, email, and in person)

· Process customer and sales orders using our operating system

· Organise pick-ups and deliveries with courier companies and manage daily delivery runs

· Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations

· General administration duties and other tasks as required by management

Skills & Experience

· Minimum 2–3 years’ hands-on experience in the tile industry (essential)

· Previous experience in a B2B customer service or sales support role

· MYOB experience desirable but not essential

· Proficiency in MS Office and Excel

· Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills

· Friendly, professional, and solutions-focused approach to customer service

· Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
