As a Customer Service & Sales Assistant
Based in the Bondi Junction branch, you'll be the first point of contact for members-providing exceptional service, accurate advice, and tailored solutions. This is a full-time position ideal for someone seeking work-life balance while building a meaningful career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
• Provide accurate information on health insurance products and services
• Support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving team KPIs
