What You’ll Be Doing

Engaging with customers over the phone to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions

Handling objections and difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy

Accurately recording customer interactions and maintaining detailed records

Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in customer service or sales (call centre experience highly regarded)

Strong administrative and computer skills — accuracy and attention to detail are a must

Resilience and emotional maturity to manage objections and challenging customer interactions

A focused, “head down” work ethic with the ability to stay on task

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering great service
