Salary band $130,000 – $160,000 + employee share scheme.

As a Senior Environmental Planner in Sydney, you’ll step into a team delivering some of NSW’s most high-profile projects - from transport corridors and health precincts through to renewables, schools and stadium redevelopments.

The Role:

You’ll join a well-resourced Planning & Approvals group inside a 120-strong Sydney office, supported by a wide pool of juniors, technical specialists and Principals. This is not just a “tick-the-box” role, you’ll be shaping approvals strategies, managing assessments and playing a visible role with clients and regulators on projects often valued $1M+.

Manage and deliver Environmental Impact Assessments, EPBC referrals and state significant approvals

Liaise with government agencies and regulators on approvals pathways

Provide strategic input into planning and environmental approvals for linear infrastructure, renewables, health and education projects

Lead report structure and review, with strong junior support on the heavy writing

Mentor and guide grads while strengthening client relationships

What You’ll Bring:

7+ years’ experience in Environmental Planning / Assessments / Approvals

Degree qualified in Environmental Science, Planning, or similar

$130,000 – $160,000 package + employee share scheme.
